Architect Bruno Stagno (Santiago de Chili, 1943) has combined concepts of tropical architecture with those of international contemporary architecture. He has developed a personal, syncretic style which is stimulated and put into practice at the Institute for Tropical Architecture in San José, of which he is the founder.
