The Prince Claus Fund is looking for a new Public Programme trainee! As Public Programme trainee, you will work with the Public Programme Coordinator to share the Fund’s work with the public in the Netherlands and online. We’ll be busy with the implementation of a new digital campaign, events in the Netherlands and preparing for gallery openings. Next Generation Programme
The Next Generation Programme of the Prince Claus Fund is a 3-year programme (2018 – 2020), designed to work with and for young people (now aged 15 - 30) worldwide through arts and culture. It aims to encourage people who are young and working with arts and culture to be more confident about themselves, unprejudiced and more open-minded towards others.
The main task of the trainee/volunteer will be assisting with the implementation of a digital campaign and the organization of public events as part of our Next Generation programme. You will work under the supervision of the Public Programme Coordinator and will work together with the colleagues from the Public Programme and Communication departments.
Language: Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; Dutch- excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch preferred; (Additional languages also a plus); Pursuing a HBO or WO degree in communications/new media, marketing or related field preferred; Experience with social media, WordPress, video editing and Photoshop; Efficient, enthusiastic, pro-active, creative, excellent organizational skills with a hands-on mentality.
