PASS lands in Amsterdam

For the first time in Amsterdam: the Pan African Space Station (PASS)! Straight from Cape Town, this pop-up internet radio station, performance space and research platform will broadcast live from the Amsterdam Public Library (OBA) on 11-15 December. PASS brings together cultural producers and thinkers across disciplines, from Amsterdam and abroad, to interrogate our shared histories

El Anatsui Exhibition

An exhibition of works by 2009 Prince Claus Laureate El Anatsui (Ghana, 1944), one of the most influential contemporary artists working today, will be presented at the Prince Claus Fund Gallery in Amsterdam 24 November 2016 till 28 April 2017. 2016 Laureates

We're excited to announce the Prince Claus Laureates of 2016! HRH Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands will present the 2016 Principal Prince Claus Award to Thai filmmaker and artist Apichatpong Weerasethakul on 15 December in Amsterdam. Five additional Prince Claus Awards will be presented to: Kamal Mouzawak, PeaceNiche | The Second Floor (T2F), Bahia Shehab, La Silla Vacía and Vo Trong Nghia
