The Prince Claus Fund was evaluated for the first time in 2001. The report is written in Dutch and can be downloaded from this page.
In 2006, the Prince Claus Fund and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioned a mid-term evaluation under the chairmanship of Nout Wellink. The other members of the Evaluation Committee were Hedy d’Ancona, Ryclef Rienstra and Bert van de Putte.
The Committee was asked to evaluate the policy, the activities and the output of the Prince Claus Fund on the basis of discussions, surveys and archive research. This research was undertaken in 2006; the report was completed in mid-2007 and presented to the two commissioning parties.
