His Excellency Mr. O.F.G. Elderenbosch, Dutch Ambassador in Tblisi, presented Mikayel Poghassyan the 2005 Prince Claus Award on 15 december 2005 in the Ball Room of the Hotel Marriot-Armenia. Prince Claus Fund board member and chair of the jury, Niek Biegman attended the ceremony and explained the Prince Claus Awards procedures in his speech.
