The Grants & Collaborations programme of the Prince Claus Fund supports innovative, high quality cultural initiatives, in spaces where resources and opportunities for cultural expression, creative production and research are limited.

The Prince Claus Fund’s Ticket Fund supports the cross-cultural exchange of artists and cultural practitioners. Please note that the Ticket Fund was open until 1 June 2016. The Ticket Fund will open again on 1 January 2017

Review

For the 2014 Culture in Defiance call, the Prince Claus Fund selected twenty-six projects from twenty-four different countries. The term ‘culture in defiance’ refers to cultural inniatives that support artist expression in conflict areas or regions in transition from war.  Through Culture in Defiance the Prince Claus Fund supported projects that create spaces of freedom where people can express themselves, develop critical thinking and shape ideas for future development.

Review: Prince Claus Fund 2013 Call for Proposals, Rethinking Public Space is now available online and in print. Through Rethinking Public Space the Prince Claus Fund supported projects that impacted public space by giving it new meanings, challenging artistic conceptions and involving local communities.
